These services are the periodical maintenance and technical support services for the application server and database, which are offered for the improvement of the existing Moodle platforms of the institutions or the operations for new Moodle implementations. Moodle maintenance services are offered in a single package under two separate service titles:
- Technical consultancy and support services
- Educational consultancy and support services
Moodle installation, backup, maintenance, debugging, version update and database performance improvement services are offered to our customers within the scope of the package. Except for the periodical maintenance service, the problems that require technical support are tested by the technical manager assigned to your institution and the necessary solution is provided.
Within the scope of educational consultancy, weekly or instant training support is provided to the institution. Moodle Tier 2 Support packages are licensed as 12-24-36 month options.
