K-CENTRAL Modülleri

  • Personal Inventory Module

    The system collects all of a student’s on-campus and off-campus progress records, such as courses, certificates, projects, club activities, competitions, and volunteer work, and processes them through AI verification and competency matching processes to ensure academic accuracy.

  • Project and Task Management Module

    It offers easy task/project assignment for teachers; and assessment processes for students with incremental progress, document uploading, evaluation, AI-powered guidance, and rich rubric sets.

  • E-Portfolio Module

    All of the student’s achievements, productions, social activities, and documents are transformed into a digital portfolio verified by the school. The portfolio contains a unique verification code. This document serves as an official, school-approved reference that can be used in university talent scholarships, internship applications, and future resumes.

    Optionally, it can be integrated with e-Government, LinkedIn, and digital identity services.

  • Competency Maps Module

    All of the student’s achievements, productions, social activities, and documents are transformed into a digital portfolio verified by the school.   • Career Module (AI Powered)

    K-Central’s career module uses artificial intelligence to analyze the development data students generate throughout their K12 education to provide personalized career and university major recommendations. The module includes ready-to-use Big Five Personality Tests and the Holland Interest Test, which students can administer periodically.

    This feature makes students’ potential visible early on, providing guidance units and parents with a scientifically based approach. Students obtain a personalized career profile based on their interests, performance trends, participation data, and competency maps; thus, they begin to plan their future consciously.

    These tests, combined with PUMA data, competency maps, and student activities, create a strong career profile. Additionally, basic career exploration games and task sets score and report the student’s talent and motivation tendencies.

    Club applications, participation confirmations, announcements, and club events are managed from a single center. All club activities are matched with competency categories and added to the student’s competency map.

  • Analytics and Reporting Module

    It generates development trends, participation data, competency analyses, and academic-social performance reports for school management. Real-time reports can be obtained on a campus-by-campus, class-by-class, and student-by-student basis:
